Honey I love you, will you smile for me?

Sorry honey, I love you too, but....

I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M NOT GOING TO TAKE BIO. *breaks down*
I mean, I was so certain I'd take H2 Bio simply because I have such a huge interest in the subject. I really love Bio, can't believe I won't be taking it.

After much consideration, I'll probably be taking H2 English Language & Linguistics, Literature in English, Economics and H1 Math. I really wanted to take 4H2s..... I REALLY WANTED TO TAKE 4H2S. I thought I'd be taking ELL, Lit, Bio and Econs. Gah.

AHHHHHHH. HELP. I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M NOT TAKING H2 BIO. SOMEONE SMS MEEE.

Today was the last day of Orientation... truthfully speaking, today wasn't as fun as all the other days. I really wanted today to be the best Orientation day but I think the only part of the day worthy of being part of a "last day" was the last part where we had mass rally and cheered like crazy, did our mass dances in the field and then did some little cheers again and sang the school anthem.

Cheers in the morning!
This overlooks the running track. It must be nice to look up and see this when you're running and dying.

This was during the honey-I-love-you game. Beng Tiong managed to keep a straight face and reply "I love you too but I won't smile for you" and Ching Sheng put his hand over his heart and went "Oh, burn, burn!" Then he tried it on me and I didn't smile muahaha. Then he went to Timothy, who started laughing even before Ching Sheng said anything.

We make fun of poor Timothy all the time - "Let Tim carry it! He's damn buff" "You didn't see him at the gym just now, he broke it down, man!" "Tim's damn good at the mass dance! He practises secretly at night", or about being Wesley's wife and so many other things, but we just can't help poking harmless fun at him because he's the funniest target ever. I just can't imagine not-exactly-buff Tim "breaking it down" at the gym HAHAHA.
(By the way, the Vetar flag Tim lost has reappeared!)

Played that husband-and-wife / inner-and-outer-circle / catcher-and-runner game again! As fun as always. I hate how I scream non-stop.

Lunch was at this interesting Japanese food place near the swimming pools. Sheena, Wesley and I had sick-looking corn dogs.

We had mass dance practice with the OG that Teryne was in and for the couple dance we had to partner people we've never partnered before so Teryne did it with Ching Sheng! (She said "Omg he really looks like Mr Lee leh, so scary!!")

I'm glad my "official" couple dance partner is a girl - Cherry - but while switching partners today I realised there really was hardly any awkwardness when I partnered guys so it was equally comfortable and non-weird anyway.

We played this game where we had to stand on chairs and squeeeeeze - we started out with around two people per chair - and then someone had to answer questions about another OG member. If he/she got the answer wrong one chair would be taken away and then we'd have to squeeze somemore. It was crazy. And a wrong answer also meant getting doused with water, so the chairs were slippery and we all kept screaming "I'm gonna fall, I'm gonna fall".
SQUEEZY OR WHAT.

Ended the day with mass rally again..

and then we went to the field to do our mass dance and we sang the school anthem!
(God save our land and heaven bless, our ACS Forever!)

That guy at the back is Andrew Fok, very ang-moh looking (but his Singaporean accent gives him away, like Natalie from CGS 4S1'09), Chairman of the Student Council or whatever it's called. He's the one who leads all four clans in the mass rally. Anyway
We have a cheer sung to the tune of "When The Saints Go Marching In", it starts with the original version and then it goes:
(usually Andrew): Oh ACJ!
Everyone: (echo) Oh ACJ!
(usually Andrew): Is full of fun!
Everyone: (echo) Is full of fun!
Everyone: Oh ACJ is full of funnn, full of funnn, fun and more funnn, ACJ is full of fun, FULL OF FUN!

And then when we heard the person with the mic (some OGL) go "Ohhhhh..." again we thought we were going to repeat the little song, but then they ended up going "Oh Andrew Fok! Will rock your socks! Oh Andrew Fok will rock your socksss, rock your sockssss, socks and more socksss, Andrew Fok will rock your socks, ROCK YOUR SOCKS!" HAHAHA.

I know I'm beginning to sound like a seven-year-old but it really was very funny at that time because it was so unexpected.

Orientation was AWESOME, my already previously tanned skin is now a thousand shades darker and I can't stop chanting cheers to myself now. Derrick and I were doing them a little on the way home. Yay so fun!!!
