Japanese tea?

Hahaha only one person will get that stupid joke XP

At the airport now, Terminal 3, waiting to board the plane. Using those free wireless access computers at the gates. Not used to having a keyboard where all the keys work because my tablet's keyboard was screwed haha.

OB VERY SINGER TRAINING COURSE ROCKEDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!

Was super nervous at first. For my individual audition, I wanted to sing Yi Shi De Mei Hao at first but made a last-minute desicion to switch to Zhi Shao Hai You Ni (my Vocal Beginners' exam song) because I sounded like a dying tortured pig in Yi Shi De Mei Hao. Janice was supposed to sing Zui Chi Bi and Mad was going to sing Sha Shi Bi Ya De Tian Fen. In the end, we all decided to withdraw from our individual auditions and just take part in the group one instead (the 4 OBJMs) because it turned out that for the group auditions, the registration fee wasn't $20 per group but $20 PER PERSON, and the individual fee was $20 per person as well, so that'd add up to $40 per person wth haha. *Stares at empty wallet*

The group audi was GREAT! Did an acapella medley (again) - Jt and Janice beatboxers/main voices, Maddie main voice, I was the harmony.

The judges were JJ, Billy Koh (Xu Huan Liang) and some other guy. They looked impressed! We sang a medley of four songs: Hui You Na Me Yi Tian (verse), Heal The World (chorus), Kong Qiu Qian (chorus) and SPOP Hurray (chorus). Hurray was a last-minute change, the last song was supposed to be Ling Ting Shi Jie but we changed it right before we went to register because Jan found Hurray easier to beatbox to and we sorta sounded better in it.
When Jan started beatboxing in Kong qiu qian (Jt beatboxed the first two songs and Jan did the last two)
JJ looked up at us with an impressed "what? ooh!" Expression haha, you know, the one where he gives that blur look and then raises his eyebrows and then nods in the way that says "not bad!" Wahaha, and later he started bopping his head along to Jan's beatboxing haha. JJ's the cutest can!
And later Billy Koh asked us if we'd done this acapella at events before and we said OB In-house concert haha, and he asked us for all our schools. When I said Crescent JJ nodded in that "not bad" way again LOL! JJ asked Jt and Jan if they learnt beatboxing on their own and he looked impressed when they said they learnt from videos haha. Was very happy because Billy and JJ seemed happy with our performance:D went crazy after the auditions, and had a little praying session together afterward.
And Billy asked us how we got together as a group and we all laughed paiseh-ly and Jan said we all met in JJFC and JJ gave an amused laugh XP
And when we were walking back to the MRT station, this Taiwanese journalist followed us and interviewed us, HOW COOL IS THAT!
He said he was impressed by our performance because it was unique, and started asking us a lot of questions haha. He took down our Chinese names, which pissed Maddie off because she doesn't like being known as Li Wen Bin XD Anw, damn cool lah. Look out for us in some Chinese newspaper/magazine :D
Later Janice and Mad went for the JJ party and when JJ was autographing Jan's album he daid she beatboxed very well! And he told Maddie to jiayou! And apparently he wanted to say something else to Jan but the security guard shooed her off the stage WTF *hurls Hokkien vulgarities* Wish I could go to the JJ party but I had to go to the airport (and Jt accompanied me (:)
Anw, I think this is our most successful audition yet:D Jiayou peeps, I've confidence that we'll make it to the next round!

Oh by the way, from today onwards we're known as J4M. JJ knows us by that name now, and thus that shall be the name everyone will know us by ;) J4M because we are JMs (Jie Mi, which means JJ fans in Chinese), and our love for JJ is the reason we got to know each other, and our love for Music is what bonds us together, thus J is in front and M is at the back. And obviously, the 4 represents the four of us.
Our name means JMs for(4) Music. We're JMs who want to spread our love for Music (:
C'mon, admit the name makes sense!
