singapore hit awards

to ok, i met JT at 4.15 at bugis mrt. she arrived at 3.30 LOL. walked around aimlessly and reached a mosque before realising that we didn’t know where we were going so we went back to the mrt. XD

and we passed by a primary school and its logo is super super like crescent’s!!!

:( even the top yellow thing is a BOOK leh, super similar lah. COPYCAT!
walked around, met maddie, walked around, met janice, walked around.
cabbed to indoor stadium and met SHERMIN AGNES & SAMANTHA (the sec3 dance senior).
super sian and zi-lianed a damn lot..

finally the show started.
everytime jj was nominated the whole of JJFC would scream and jump like siao!
see? we felt jj’s presence even though he wasn’t there. :D
and some guy sang jj’s yuan lai! JJFC started screaming and singing along. XD
and i realised that chen wei lian really can sing, and it’s really terrible that people always judge him by his looks/disability. i mean he really sings well.. even if his voice only suits oldies.
AND ZOMG I LOVE EVAN YO!!!
KANASAI OKAY, JJ ONLY WON ONE AWARD – Best Local Singer.
and this year’s Singapore Hit Awards SUCKS because...
1. APPARENTLY THERE WERE ONLY 2 JUDGES – LEE WEI SONG & LEE SI SONG.
(and i’m guessing that’s why steph sun got EIGHT awards).
2. SO FEW ARTISTES WENT. jj, jolin, jay, leehom, mayday, even SHE didn’t go. the only main “attraction” was fahrenheit, which is why they recieved so many screams – most of the people who went were frh fans because THERE WAS HARDLY ANYONE ELSE GOING!
3. JOLIN LEEHOM MAYDAY A MEI , CAO GE etc DIDN’T EVEN WIN ANY AWARDS. what kind of crap right! i mean, i mean, they're like one of the best artistes in the mandopop scene! ahh BIASED!
4. LUO ZHI XIANG NICKY LEE , XIAO JING TENG , DAVID TAO WEREN’T EVEN NOMINATED. WHAT THE HECK?!?! how can?! SUPER BIASED!
but i’m quite happy with the fact that fahrenheit won the Most Popular awards but not the Best awards. :D goes to show that no matter how good you look and how many people fall in love with your looks, YOU STILL CAN’T SING.
okay, i love the tunes of their songs e.g. Ai Dao, Bu Hui Ai, but it’s a waste because fahrenheit’s singing it, i’d prefer if someone else sang it and fahrenheit just filmed the MV.
ok whatever. in any case, THIS YEAR’S SINGAPORE HIT AWARDS WAS A FAILURE.
