The seemingly little things that make up my life

I was talking about ballet for senior citizens being a very sweet initiative because the purpose of it was to help them realise their childhood dream. These Chinese aunties were mostly actually slim and elegant and they danced with such grace and happiness in their eyes.

Mum: You didn't use to think like that. You thought it was stupid.

Me: That was then! Now I'm mature and smart.

Mum: Just mature. Don't take it too far.
